Shipping policy
At Chaosborn, each order is prepared and checked by our fulfilment team before dispatch. We aim to provide clear shipping information so customers understand processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and any possible customs charges before placing an order.
Worry-Free Delivery
We may offer optional Worry-Free Delivery at checkout. If selected, eligible orders may be protected against loss, damage, theft, and certain delays under Seel’s terms.
This protection is optional and can be removed at checkout if you do not wish to add it. Worry-Free Delivery has its own claim process and terms, separate from our standard shipping policy.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Most orders are made to order and usually require 5–7 business days for production, preparation, and processing before dispatch.
During this period, each item is prepared and checked by our fulfilment team before shipping.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT are processed on the next business day.
Processing times may vary during busy periods, product launches, holidays, or high order volumes. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Made-to-Order Products
Most Chaosborn products are made to order or produced after purchase. This helps us prepare each item specifically for the customer.
Because made-to-order items are prepared specifically for each customer, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference may be limited unless the item is eligible under our returns policy or there is a verified product issue.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
United Kingdom: 8–10 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: 8–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, courier handling, customs processing, and local delivery services.
Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, seasonal demand, weather disruption, or local delivery issues.
Shipping Costs
Standard worldwide shipping is currently free.
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.
These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Chaosborn does not control these charges and cannot predict the exact amount in advance.
Shipping Couriers
We may use a range of courier and postal services depending on the destination, parcel type, and fulfilment location. These may include Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, Evri, Yodel, or other local delivery partners.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking where available.
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take time to appear, especially while the parcel is moving between courier networks, freight providers, or customs facilities.

Address Changes & Cancellation Requests
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
Address change requests must be sent to support@chaosbornwear.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We will do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
Cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already entered production, processing, or dispatch preparation.
Incorrect Addresses & Refused Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or unsuccessful. Chaosborn is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
If we are unable to verify or update an address before dispatch, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
If a parcel is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address, additional delivery costs, return fees, or customs charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another verified issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery where possible at support@chaosbornwear.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue so our team can review the case and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible at support@chaosbornwear.com.
We may ask you to check with household members, neighbours, your building reception, local delivery office, or courier before opening an investigation.
Carrier investigations can take up to 21 days depending on the courier and destination. Once the investigation is complete, we will review the outcome and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery, your claim may need to be submitted through Seel’s claim process.
Returns

For international returns, please mark your parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” where applicable to help reduce the risk of unnecessary customs charges. We are not responsible for customs fees or import charges applied to returned parcels.
