Worry-Free Delivery (Shipping Protection)

We offer Worry-Free Delivery at checkout as an optional add-on for extra peace of mind. This service is powered by Seel and helps protect eligible orders against shipping issues, subject to their terms and exclusions.

What Worry-Free Delivery can cover
Delay: If a domestic package is not delivered before the 10th day after order fulfilment, or an international package is not delivered before the 30th day, it may be considered delayed. Delay compensation is $5 USD (or the equivalent in your transaction currency).
Loss: If a domestic package is not delivered 30 days after order fulfilment, or an international package is not delivered 60 days after order fulfilment, it may be considered lost. Compensation is up to the actual item(s) value paid.
Damage: Covers transit damage that makes an item unusable (for example fractured, shattered, crushed). It does not cover cosmetic damage like scratches or dents. Compensation is up to the actual item(s) value paid.
Porch piracy (delivered but not received): If tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel is not received, it may be treated as porch piracy. Extra documentation may be required to confirm eligibility.

Important exclusions and limits
Coverage has exclusions and a maximum payout up to the item(s) value actually paid. Seel also lists product-category exclusions, including jewellery over a certain value threshold. Please review the full terms shown during checkout or in your confirmation email.

Claim time limits (reporting windows)
All issues must be reported within 90 days of the order date. Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of the tracking status updating to “delivered.” Porch piracy must be reported within 7 days of the “delivered” update. Delay claims must not be submitted earlier than 10 days after fulfilment for domestic shipments and 30 days for international shipments.

How claims work
After opting in at checkout, you’ll receive an email with your cover details and instructions to report an issue via Seel’s claim portal. If your issue qualifies under the policy rules, reimbursement is issued according to Seel’s process; if it doesn’t qualify, you’ll be notified with the reason.

Optional service
Worry-Free Delivery is optional. You can remove it at checkout if you do not want this added protection.
