At Chaosborn, we want you to shop with confidence. Each order is prepared and checked by our fulfilment team before dispatch. If something is not right with your order, please review the return and refund policy below.

30-Day Returns on Eligible Items

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy.

Made-to-order, customised, personalised, or final sale items may have limited return eligibility unless there is a verified product issue, such as damage, defect, or an incorrect item received.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Standard Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

Returns must be approved before any item is sent back to us. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked return service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Unworn, unused, and with tags attached where applicable

Accompanied by a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase

Self-Service Method

Visit our Return Center and enter your order number plus your email address or phone number to begin your return request.

Please allow up to 5 business days for verification and approval. Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees or import charges related to the return.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified issue, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with another verified issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery where possible at support@chaosbornwear.com.

Please provide reasonable proof, such as clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue.

Once our team reviews and confirms the issue, we will arrange a suitable resolution where applicable, such as a replacement, exchange, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless there is a verified product issue:

Gift cards

Personalised or customised products

Made-to-order products where the item has been produced specifically for the customer

Final sale or clearance items, where clearly marked at the time of purchase

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Some products are made to order or customised after purchase. Because these items are prepared specifically for each customer, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference may be limited unless the item is eligible under this refund policy or there is a verified product issue.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with another verified issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery where possible and provide reasonable proof, such as clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue.

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at support@chaosbornwear.com with your order number and exact exchange request.

Exchanges are subject to approval, product eligibility, and availability.

Extended Holiday Returns

Items purchased between December 15 and December 25 are eligible for return or exchange until February 4, subject to the eligibility conditions in this policy.

Purchases made after December 25 follow the standard 30-day return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfilment team.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@chaosbornwear.com.

Worry-Free Delivery

Worry-Free Delivery is optional shipping protection and has its own claim process under Seel’s terms.
