How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are usually made to order and require 5–7 business days for production, preparation, and processing before dispatch. Once dispatched, estimated delivery usually takes 8–10 business days, depending on destination, courier handling, customs checks, seasonal demand, and other delays outside our control.
How long before my order is shipped?
Most orders are dispatched after 5–7 business days of production, preparation, and processing. During this time, each item is prepared and checked by our fulfilment team before shipping.
What is the cost of shipping?
Chaosborn currently offers free worldwide standard shipping.
There is no additional standard shipping charge at checkout unless a special shipping option, upgraded service, or separate delivery service is clearly shown during checkout.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch, especially during customs or international transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Chaosborn offers worldwide standard shipping at no extra shipping cost.
Please note that international customers may be responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges applied by their country. These charges are not controlled by Chaosborn and are the responsibility of the customer.
Are made-to-order, customised, or personalised items eligible for return?
Some made-to-order, customised, or personalised items may have limited return eligibility because they are prepared specifically for each customer.
This means returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference may not always be available unless the item is eligible under our Refund Policy.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with another verified product issue, this does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us with clear photos so our team can review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.

How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
If your order has already been processed, dispatched, or handed to the courier, we may not be able to make changes.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct delivery address.
Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After this time, orders may be sent to our fulfilment centre for processing, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as quickly as possible with your order number.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If you have not received your order within 21 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can check the status of your shipment.
Delays can sometimes happen due to customs processing, courier handling, regional delays, public holidays, seasonal demand, or tracking delays outside our control.
Our support team will review your order and help you with the next steps.
Returns & Refunds
Is there a return shipping cost?
Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to a verified issue with the item.
What should I do if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear proof of the issue.
Please include:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Close-up photos of the issue
- A photo of the shipping label, where possible
Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we may offer a refund, replacement, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, depending on the situation.
How long does a return and refund take to process?
Once your return has been received and inspected at our fulfilment centre, we will notify you within 14 business days.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us so we can review it further.
What is Worry-Free Delivery?
Worry-Free Delivery is an optional checkout add-on powered by Seel, where available.
It may provide protection for eligible orders against loss, damage, or certain delivery delays, subject to Seel’s own terms and conditions.
This service is optional and is handled directly by Seel. Coverage, claim eligibility, approval, and claim outcomes are determined by Seel’s policy terms and are not guaranteed by CHAOSBORN.
